Pakistan drone stance unacceptable to superpower: Kaira

ISLAMABAD: Addressing a ceremony at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI), Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira said Pakistan had presented its stance on the drone issue several times, however the ‘superpower’ was not willing to accept it.

The information minister added the war on terror was imposed on Pakistan and the country had no option but to accept it.

Speaking to the media after the ceremony, Kaira addressed questions pertaining to corruption saying this was a global issue. He refused to comment on the NAB Chairman’s news conference and said the prime minister had formed a committee and the government wanted the media to be part of this committee.
