Man wounded in firing

QUETTA: A man was injured in a firing incident in Turbat district here on Wednesday.

Police said that the victim identified as Akhtar Muhammad was standing near road when armed assailants riding a motorbike came and opened fire on him and fled.

As a result, he sustained bullet wounds and was rushed to nearby hospital.

Police are looking into the matter.
