Cher rocks the iHeartRadio stage with hit song 'Believe'

Cher dominated the iHeartRadio Music Awards, not just with her win but with her dazzling performance of the all-time hit song, Believe.

On April 1, 2024, Monday night, the 77-year-old pop icon, was honored with the coveted icon award.

She also received a special tribute at the ceremony held at The Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

Meryl Streep who announced the award and starred alongside Cher in the 1984 movie Silkwood, gave the tribute speech, before the Strong Enough singer’s musical performance began.

"You know that Cher has had a No. 1 record in every one of the last seven decades She's the only woman in U.S. history to have done that. What does it take to have those kinds of legs, right?” Streep said, honouring her friend.

As the tribute ended, Jennifer Hudson joined the stage to perform the song, If I Could Turn Back Time.

Hudson was then joined by Cher on stage, who kicked off her song, Believe, solo until she was joined by the Dreamgirls star for a duet, midway.
