Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck managing their blended brood since marrying in 2022
Jennifer Lopez has reportedly managed to convince Ben Affleck to have a baby via surrogate almost two years after marriage.
According to a recent report by Life & Style, the 54-year-old diva has been trying to persuade her husband to have their first baby together and has “finally got him to cave in.”
A source close to the couple has revealed that the Air director and actor has agreed because he just wants to see his beloved wife “happy” as he was satisfied with their blended brood.
To note, Lopez is already a mother to twins, Emme and Max, with ex Marc Anthony, while Affleck shares three kids with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Sharing more details, the source said, J.Lo “nagged” Affleck “until he went along with it” as he “was completely happy with the blended family they already have — but he loves kids, that’s why he agreed to having another.”
“At the end of the day, he wants Jennifer to be happy,” they added of the couple, who tied the knot in 2022 after reconciling their romance after two decades in 2021.
Speaking of Lopez, they said she is “obsessing over every detail — she intends to interview surrogate candidates herself and see where they live and be at every doctor’s appointment.”
“She talks about it nonstop. Ben figures it’s easier to go along with her, but he’s realizing what he’s gotten himself into. It’s just going to get more hectic!”
