Ryan Reynolds opens up about his thoughts on joining 'Star Wars' if ever the offer come
After reaching the height of success with the X-Men franchise, Ryan Reynolds opened up about how it would be hard to turn down a role in the Star Wars universe.
In a throwback interview with Variety, the Deadpool star was promoting The Adam Project when the question appeared whether he would opt for the saber-swinging franchise after the film seemingly has a joke about the galaxy far, far away.
“[Star Wars] would be a real hard thing to say no to,” he added, “but honestly – I’m not making this up – it’s not something I’ve ever thought of.”
In the meantime, Ryan is deeply involved in the development of his football team Wrexham, which at the time is the urgent need of a training ground.
"We need a training ground badly," the 47-year-old told on Yours, Mine, Away Podcast. "There’s a bunch of different options we’re looking at but yeah it is huge, not just huge for the club but huge for everybody."
He continued, "We want it to be something that is experienced by everyone who lives in Wrexham as well so there’s a lot of careful planning going into it."
