Brittany Mahomes roots for Taylor Swift album 'TTPD' after 2 am surprise

Brittany Mahomes just expressed her love for Taylor Swift and her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, on its release date.

The retired American soccer player took to her official Instagram account on Friday to repost the Lover crooner’s post about her newest music collection.

“Let’s goooooo,” the 28-year-old sports team owner captioned her Instagram Story featuring the Karma hit-makers post that announced the “2am surprise.”

“It’s a 2am surprise: The Tortured Poets Department is a secret DOUBLE album,” Swift wrote in her caption.

“I’d written so much tortured poetry in the past 2 years and wanted to share it all with you, so here’s the second installment of TTPD: The Anthology. 15 extra songs. And now the story isn’t mine anymore… it’s all yours,” she concluded.

Mahomes has also liked several of Swift’s posts on social media about the album over the last 24 hours all revolving around The Tortured Poets Department.

Taylor Swift additionally received support from her boyfriend, Tarvis Kelce’s, mom, Donna Kelce, who also heart reacted to the artist’s 2 a.m. announcement.
