Megan Thee Stallion hit back at harassment allegations made about her in a new lawsuit filed by her former videographer.

The rapper’s lawyer released a statement to Page Six after Emilio Garcia accused her of “fostering a toxic workplace” in a complaint filed in Los Angeles court.

“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court,” Megan’s lawyer told the outlet.

In his lawsuit, Emilio alleged that Megan forced him to see her getting intimate with another woman during a tour stop in Spain, in 2022.

“I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. Kind of just the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me,” he told NBC News, adding that he was “traumatized” by what he saw.

In his filing, Emilio said that after that day he has been battling several mental health issues, including “mounting anxiety, depression and physical distress stemming.”

Moreover, he also accused the Savage rapper of fat-shaming him as he claims that she called him a “fat b***h” while telling him “to spit his food out.”

Emilio was fired from his job in June 2023.

Moreover, his attorneys told Page Six that it was “direct retaliation for his complaints about the ongoing illegal behavior and failure to pay him properly.”
