Valerie Bertinelli's new beau travels across states to celebrate her birthday

Valerie Bertinelli’s beau Mike Goodnough traveled across states to be with her on her 64th birthday.

The Touched by an Angel star celebrated her birthday on April 23 and while she has friends and family in the state, her newfound partner lives on the East Coast.

Nonetheless, despite the distance, Mike decided to be with his lover and revealed the news on Instagram that he'd be travelling toBertinelli.

Along with a picture of map showing a plane flying from Newark to Los Angeles, Mike shared a cute selfie of the duo smiling together at the camera.

He penned the caption, “Sure, the plane is full and the cabin is eleventy-thousand degrees and I’m in Seat 51G…but it’s wolfiesmom’s [Valerie] birthday and she’s waiting on the other side and it feels like I’m the one getting the present here”.

The mother of one expressed her adoration in the comment section as she wrote, “How do I [love] this eleventy hundred times? Happy birthday to meeeeee”.

Moreover, the One Day at a Time actress confirmed Mike’s safe arrival by sharing a video of the couple on her Intagram story.

In the clip, the duo sported casual attires as they strolled down the street, both holding ice creams.
