Zendaya makes big confession about Met Gala

Zendaya recently spoke her mind about the fashion festival Met Gala

The acting sensation recently sat down for a confessional on Live with Kelly and Mark, in which she talked about a myriad of different topics.

During this chat, the topic of Zendaya co-chairing Met Gala alongside Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny and Chris Hemsworth also came up.

Spilling the beans on her expectations for this year’s fashion event, Zendaya stated, "Going up the steps is very daunting, and I haven't been back for maybe four or five years."

She also went on to address, "So this is, like, my first time back at the Met in quite a while."

However, the Dune actress did not shy away from branding the "fashion's biggest night" as rather "terrifying."

"It's fun in the sense that I like to look at fashion as creativity," she responded when asked whether designers "fight to the death" to dress her.

"Even in press tours, it's a way to continue the creativity from the film. I like to just create characters, because ultimately sometimes, doing this for a living feels a little weird and awkward,” Zendaya continued.

In conclusion, she observed, “And I'm more of a shy, introverted person, so I get to create these characters. 'I'm this woman today who wears a green suit.' You get to embody this character for a day and clothes can do that for you."
