Nicole Kidman teases reunion with Hollywood icons ahead of AFI awards

Nicole Kidman, set to receive the American Film Institute's lifetime achievement award, expressed her excitement for the prestigious event.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, the Far and Away actress shared series of photos of herself with some of the Hollywood's brightest stars.

The first photo captures a candid moment with Meryl Streep, both caught in mid-laughter, meanwhile, the second picture shows the actress posing with Reese Witherspoon.

In the third photo, Kidman poses with Morgan Freeman and the final photo with Naomi Watts showcases the duo sharing a warm hug.

In the caption, she expressed, "Just a few of the people I can’t wait to see again on Saturday AmericanFilmInstitute"

Nicole Kidman is set to be honored with lifetime achievement award at the AFI, which marks the first time in 49-years an Australian will receive this award.

During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the Bewitched actress expressed her gratitude, stating, "To be honored by the American Film Institute is such a massive honor for me."
