Anne Hathaway talks 'Princess Diaries,' 'Devil Wears Prada' sequel

Anne Hathaway recently weighed in on the sequels of her hit projects, The Princess Diaries and The Devil Wears Prada.

As fans will know, Anne is currently promoting her new rom-com movieThe Idea of You. While doing so, the acting sensation was asked about the possibility of The Princess Diaries 3 and TheDevil Wears Prada 2 duringa recent interview with V Magazine.

Opening up about another part of herPrincess Diaries flick, the Eileen actress said, "We’re in a good place.

She went on to admit, “That’s all I can say. There’s nothing to announce yet. But we’re in a good place."

Speaking about the possibility of the second installment of Devil Wears Prada, she revealed, "Probably not.”

Referring to the pictures star-studded cast, which included Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci, she observed, "We all love each other and if somebody could come up with a way to do it, I think we’d all be crazy not to."

Anne also explained, "But there’s a huge difference in the world now with technology, and one of the things about that particular story is it was about producing a physical object.”

"Now with so much being digital, it would just be very different. Maybe me, Stanley, Emily, Meryl, Dave Frankel, Patricia Field. We should just all do something else together. That’d be fun," she concluded.
