Nicole Kidman’s daughters attended the award ceremony and she even received one of the prestigious awards. Her country star husband Keith Urban was also by her side at the event.

The Dead Calm actress was awarded an American Film Institute Lifetime Achievement Award on April 27 and became the first Australian actor to receive the award.

Nicole’s daughters, Sunday Rose, 15, and Faith Margaret, 13, wore gowns by Monique Lhuillier, according to a report in WWD.

The 56-year-old actress rocked a sparkling gold Balenciaga gown and completed the look with a matching gold watch and rings, as well as a pair of black heels.

Moreover, Nicole’s other relatives also attended the event including her sister Antonia Kidman, brother-in-law Craig Marran, and their family.

The actress also took to Instagram and shared a picture of her on stage. “Deeply moved by all of the support around the world that I’ve been seeing and hearing,” she wrote in the caption.

“Thank you to all of you and to the AmericanFilmInstitute for including me in this illustrious group of honorees - now let's have some fun!” added Kidman.

Its pertinent to mention that Nicole has been nominated 5 times for the Academy Awards and won her Oscar in 2003 for her role as Virginia Woolf in the film The Hours.

She has also received six Golden Globes, two Emmys, and a BAFTA Award.
