Sean Diddy Combs’ lawyers are calling for the dismissal of one of the sexual assault lawsuits.

The musician’s counsel recently asked a New York court to rule against the claims made by a woman who identifies herself as Joi Dickerson-Neal.

According to the plaintiff, Diddy engaged in revenge porn and human trafficking in January 1991.

Joi said that she was a student at Syracuse University when she dined with him at a restaurant in Harlem.

Claiming that she was “in a physical state where she could not independently stand or walk” after Diddy drugged her during their dinner, Joe further added that the music mogul took her to his home, sexually assaulted her and filmed the harrowing event as well.

However, Diddy’s lawyers called the accusations "false, offensive, and salacious."

According to them, the allegations “were brought under statutes that did not exist at the time the alleged misconduct occurred.”

They argued that the lawsuit had been filed a day prior to the expiration of the New York Adult Survivors Act, which permitted adult survivors of sex assault to pursue lawsuits for a year, after the statute of limitations time frame had passed.
