Spears was visibly shaken outside the hotel as she was escorted by emergency services and security personnel, including her ex-boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz.

The images shared by the outlet also showed scratches on her knees, raising concerns about her well-being.

The incident reportedly followed an argument between Spears and Soliz, which reached to the point of police involvement after they received reports of a woman, matching the Toxic singer's description, "harassing and threatening hotel employees and guests."

However, the outlet revealed that the police found no signs of trouble upon their arrival.

This event has sparked concerns over Spears' mental health, recalling the singer’s struggles in the past.
