Blake Lively fans are super upset with her absence from the Met Gala 2024 this year.

Many celebrities graced the big fashion night at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday where they dressed accordingly with the theme of “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.”

However, netizens claim that they don’t care about the Met Gala as the Gossip Girl alum, who has set the bar high with her stellar ensembles during the last few years, did not show up.

“#BlakeLively not being at the Met Gala basically just fizzles the event. Honestly, they shouldn’t have it unless blakelively is in attendance. It’s her show, everyone else is just a guest,” one X user penned.

According to Elle, Blake decided to stay home with her husband Ryan Reynolds and their four children for a night of “quality family time.”
