If you frequently record videos on WhatsApp, you'll be pleased to know that the app has a new feature rolling that will make it easier for you to film on the app.

According to WABetaInfo, Meta's instant-messaging platform is now working on a zoom control feature that will refine the camera as part of the iOS 24.9.10.75 update.

The app's new feature will further improve convenience, offering users more intuitive ways to capture and share their favourite moments.

The update is currently available for beta testers.

They may explore the new feature with a new button that allows them to effortlessly alter the zoom level while filming videos instead of having to swipe up or down or keep their finger on the camera button, as required previously.

The feature allows a more precise camera experience, without having to fiddle with the camera button. It also enhances precision by providing more control over the zoom level, helping users capture exactly the shot they want.

The zoom control feature for the camera will be rolling out to more people over the coming days.
