Mobile phone services suspended in Lahore

LAHORE: Mobile phone services will be suspended in several areas of the city from 4:45 pm Sunday till further notice.

Areas where services will be suspended include Model Town, New Campus, Dharampura, Gari Shahu, Imamia Colony, Minar-e-Pakistan, Ravi Road, Shahdarra, Nau Lakha Chowk and Do Moria Pul.

The government has decided that mobile phone services will be suspended along the route of the long march in view of terror threats.
