NEW DELHI: Indian External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid said Tuesday that the issue of Line of Control (LoC) will be tackled bilaterally with Islamabad through a process of dialogue.

During a news conference here, Khurshid said India would analyse the situation and take steps forward after the atmosphere between the two countries returned to normal or near normal.

Bilateral negotiations were held on Pak-India disputes in the past as well, he said, adding 'we want that process to continue'.

Khurshid reiterated that India had stated its position to Pakistan that any form of violence was unacceptable.

Pakistan has suggested that a third party conduct a probe into cease fire violations along the LoC.
