Karachi violence: Police official among seven killed

KARACHI: Seven people including an Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of the police were killed in separate incidents of violence across the city on Monday.

Imran Yousuf a trader by profession was gunned down while his guard was injured in Bantwagali of Kharadar and Joria Bazar located in Old City Area.

In another incident of firing, ASI Zulfiqar Ali was shot dead in Sherpao Colony are of Landhi.

A body was recovered from garbage dump in Abbas Town area located on Abul Hassan Ispahani Road.

Meanwhile, a man, identified as Umar, was also killed near a warehouse in Bin Qasim area.

Three people were killed and two others injured when unknown gunmen opened fire at the office of a real estate agency in Ahsanabad.
