Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh resigns from finance minister post

ISLAMABAD: Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh has tendered his resignation from the post of Federal Finance Minister, sources said on Sunday.

According to the sources, Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh could be nominated for an important post in the caretaker setup.
