Power supply to be restored in Karachi till 11 am: KESC

KARACHI: A spokesman for the Karachi Electricity Supply Company (KESC) said power supply had been restored in industrial areas of the metropolis including SITE, Landhi and Baldia Town.

The official added, that power supply would be completely restored in the metropolis by 11:00 am.

Karachi was also affected by the country’s worst power breakdown which occurred late Sunday night after the HUBCO Power Plant developed a technical fault.

The KESC said it was their priority to restore the power supply in Karachi.
