12 criminals held in police crackdown

LAHORE: Baghbanpura police claimed to have arrested 12 criminals during crackdown against drug pushers, proclaimed offenders and kite flyers, recovering narcotics besides kites and cords.


Police arrested a lady drug pusher Rukhsana alias 'Maee Hajan' and recovered one Kg heroin from her possession.

Police also arrested proclaimed offenders Imtiaz and Sohail and recovered two kg hashish and two drums liquor from them.

The police also arrested a swindler Abdul Qadeer Butt who involved
in looting lakhs of rupees from innocent people.

Police also arrested eight persons and recovered kites and cords from their possession.

The persons have been identified as Aqeel, Abdur Rehman, Waqas, Imran, Mudasar, Asif,Kashif and Naeem.

DIG Operation announced cash and commendatory certificates
for the raiding team.
