Pervez Musharraf’s nomination papers for NA-139 dismissed

KASUR: Former military ruler General (retd) Pervez Musharraf’s nomination papers for NA-139 Kasur have been rejected.

Advocate Javed Kasuri had raised six objections over candidature of the former ruler.

After hearing arguments of Kasuri, returning officer Muhammad Saleem declared Musharraf ineligible to contest elections under article 62 and 63 of the constitution.
