Rangers kill ‘Taliban militant’ in Karachi

KARACHI: An alleged Taliban militant was killed during a Rangers raid in a late night operation in the metropolis, Geo News reported Friday.

According to sources, the paramilitary sources acting on tip off conducted a raid in Lasi Goth area.

Naimatullah Mehsud was affiliated with the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and was involved in different crimes, they added.

The sources said arms were also recovered from his hideout, the sources said.
