Imtiaz Safdar Waraich candidacy rejected in Gujranwal

GUJRANWALA: A Returning Officer on Saturday rejected nomination papers of Imtiaz Safdar Waraich, former state ministers for interior affairs and ex Pakistan People’s Party Punjab President, for NA-98 Gujranwal.

His candidacy was rejected over an objection that he does not fulfill criterion for article 62, 63 of the Constitution, as he didn’t declare his actual assets.
