Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s new Netflix documentary has been ridiculed by an expert.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who have produced a documentary on Polo, are dragged down for their lack of research.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said: “ I’m angry that I’ve had to spend so much time watching this non-event.
“Tina Brown said the Sussexes were bad planners. Where is the appeal for this 5-parter on Polo, an elitist sport?
“They must have known few would watch. It’s really dull if you aren’t into the game,” he added.
Meanwhile, producer Miloš Balać tells New York Post: "Both Prince Harry and Meghan were just amazing collaborators from the start.”
He explained. "They have so much knowledge about the sport, but also an understanding that we're trying to bring new people into this world."
"I think the collective intention was definitely, definitely to grow the audience of polo," the showrunner said.
"I think the difference in approach was that Harry, you know, is really seeing it as 'look at how incredible these athletes are. Look how incredible these animals are' which Meghan sees and says the same. But I think for her, it's also like, 'Look at how incredible this community is.'
