Political leader’s residence attacked with grenade

QUETTA: Unidentified assailants attacked the residence of National Party (NP) chief, Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, here on Sunday.

NP sources said that the attackers hurled a hand grenade inside the residence, which went off with a bang.

The explosion luckily caused no major damage except breaking windowpanes of the house.

Meanwhile, police and law enforcement agencies officials cordoned off the area. (APP)
