According to Daily Mail, social media users have revisited the post in light of rumors surrounding Jackman's recent split from his wife of 27 years, Deborra-Lee Furness.
Some users jokingly linked the post to alleged “affair” rumors, while others noted its unintended irony, describing it as having “aged poorly.”
As per the publication, the resurfacing came as Jackman went public with Sutton Foster, his co-star from the 2022 Broadway revival of The Music Man.
Moreover, the couple was recently spotted on a date night, confirming their relationship after months of speculation.
Additionally, insiders claim the duo’s connection during their Broadway collaboration was well-known, with some suggesting it contributed to Jackman’s separation from Furness in 2023.
As per the outlet’s claims, sources close to Furness reportedly revealed she had concerns about the pair’s professional partnership.
