Since leaving royal duties, Prince Andrew has reportedly faced many snubs. But the latest might hurt him the most.
Daily Mail reported that his sister Princess Anne held a dinner in honour of Gordonstoun School, the 64-year-old’s alma mater.
But the Duke of York was not invited, even though the get-together was held at Windsor Castle, a couple of miles away from the Royal Lodge, where the father-of-two lives.
Also, King Charles's sister serves as a school warden, though she did not attend the £61,440-a-year school.
“I’m sure the duke would have loved to have attended the dinner if he had been invited,” the 64-year-old friend told the scribe of the British tabloid.
Apart from Andrew, royal expert Kate Mansey included Prince Harry in a list of Dukes of Hazard.
In an interview withTimes Radio's The Royals with Roya and Kate, she said, "I did a kind of wrap up in the Times magazine at the end of last year in which a couple of people actually mentioned him and Harry to me as being known as the Dukes of Hazard.
