The reality TV star reveals why she nearly gave up on ‘Special Forces'

A TV personality, Trista Sutter, recently revealed the moment she reached her “breaking point” while competing on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

While having a conversation with People magazine, the inaugural Bachelorette star shared that she reached her “breaking point” during the tough exercises on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

The 52-year-old revealed that she experienced hypothermic shock, which made her leave the show during the January 15 episode.

She quipped, “The beach was definitely a breaking point for me. On the beach, I felt like I was going to faint.

Expanding on this, Sutter explained that she was told about leaving the competition if she saw a medic.

The Dancing with the Stars alum stated that “initially” she did not want to go home, saying, “So I kept going. And then as I was putting on my pack and leaving, my knees were buckling. I knew my body was starting to fail me.”

She went on to mention that experience “exhausted’ her, as “three-quarters of what we did on the beach” was not shown to viewers.

“What you also didn’t see is in between the tasks you’re running with a pack that’s a third of my weight. I’m trying to run. I am not a runner normally. I have asthma. I’m out of shape. And those are not excuses at all. I don’t want that to come across as an excuse. I’m just saying that was really hard for me,” Sutter concluded by highlighting.

It is pertinent to mention that Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test airs every Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
