Taylor Swift just stepped out after being named in Justin Baldoni’s lawsuit that he filed against his It Ends With Us co-star, Blake Lively.
As per Daily Mail Swiftwas seen in New York City with her parents, Scott and Andrea Swift, amid claims that the pop sensation had been left “perplexed” by her involvement alleged in the lawsuit, accusing that Swift was listed by the Gossip Girl alum to “pressure him (Baldoni).”
In the countersuit by the Five Feet Apart star, not only against Lively but her husband, Ryan Reynolds as well, he claims that Lively got her famous 35-year-old pal involved after he gave second thoughts to the A Simple Favour actress's writing, garnered much attention.
Swift’s sighting with her parents comes after a source close to the Blank Space crooner revealed that she was “confused” at being named in the lawsuit and that her “connection to Blake” is one of “friendship.”
“Taylor is proud of the film because her music was featured in it, which gave her a sense of involvement, though she wasn’t fully aware of the extent of the project’s developments,” they revealed.
“She is confused by the claims in the suit, as her connection to Blake is purely a friendship, with no interest in influencing or controlling Blake’s projects,” the source further mentioned of Taylor Swift’s sentiments after Justin Baldoni filed his countersuit.
