Meghan Markle’s relationship with her employees has just come to light, and led to some shocking revelations about the approach the Duchess takes with her employees.
Insights have been made public by an inside source, and shared in a Vanity Fair exposé.
It’s believed that while Meghan’s relationships in the beginning would be “warm and effusive”, almost with an atmosphere of professional camaraderie, when anything would go “poorly”, often at the demands of the Duke and Duchess, Meghan would become “cold and withholding”.
An instance was the release of Archewell’s teaser when there was no tape done to promote the show.
In the eyes of a source, it was “really, really, really awful. Very painful. Because she’s constantly playing checkers”,
“I’m not even going to say chess—but she’s just very aware of where everybody is on her board,” thes inside also explained.
“And when you are not in, you are to be thrown to the wolves at any given moment.”
On even went as far as to get candid and admitted that Meghan’s practice would often appear as “undermining.”
“It’s talking behind your back. It’s gnawing at your sense of self. Really, like, Mean Girls teenager,” they concluded by saying.
