Six killed in Lower Dir blast near PPP election convoy

LOWER DIR: At least six people were killed, while several others were injured as a result of a blast in the Baba Gam area of Lower Dir on Tuesday.

Police say the blast occurred near Zahir Shah, brother of PPP candidate Mohammad Zamin’s convoy.

Zahir Shah’s convoy came under attack while he was on his way to campaign for his brother Mohammad Zamin who is contesting elections from PK-96 constituency.
