Police arrest 39, recover arms

Karachi: Karachi police during last 24 hours arrested 39 accused including 4 absconders and recovered arms from their possession.

Two police encounters occurred in which two alleged bandits were arrested, while one bandit died in encounter with Clifton police.

Overall, the police recovered 9 different types of firearms from the arrested accused.

Separately, 18 people were booked for violation of ban on pillion riding. (PPI)
