Slain PTI leader Zahra Shahid Hussain laid to rest

KARACHI: Leader of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) Zahra Shahid Hussain was laid to rest at Defence Phase-IV graveyard here on Sunday.

Her funeral prayer was offered at Sultan Masjid after Asr prayers, which was attended among others by the leaders of PTI including
Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Omar, Nadir Akmal Leghari and Arif Alvi, relatives and workers of the party.

She was shot dead by unknown gunmen at the gate of her residence in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) on Saturday night.

She was vice president of PTI women wing, Sindh.
