WASHINGTON: US President Barack Obama will visit the Oklahoma City area Sunday to get a first hand look at damage from the tornado and meet with victims, the White House said Wednesday.

Obama, who has made federal disaster aid available to victims of the devastating twister that killed 24 people, will also confer with disaster relief officials, spokesman Jay Carney said. (AFP)
