LEEDS: England won the second and final Test against New Zealand by 247 runs at Headingley on Tuesday to clinch a 2-0 series win.

New Zealand, who resumed on 158 for six in pursuit of an unlikely victory target of 468, were bowled out for 220 on the final day at Headingley.

Off-spinner Graeme Swann took a Test-best match return of 10 for 132 to give England, in their final Test campaign before they defend the Ashes, another convincing victory after their 170-run win at Lord's in the first of this two-match series.
