Budget FY14: Rs125,658.646 million allocated for Planning Division

ISLAMABAD: The government has allocated Rs125,658.646 million for the ongoing and new schemes of Planning and Development Division under the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) 2013-14.

According to the budgetary document released here on Wednesday for an ongoing project of Institutional Cooperation Programme Islamabad (Norwegian grant), Rs120.000 million has been allocated while the total cost of the project is Rs353.280 million with foreign aid component of Rs353.280 million and up to June 2013 Rs194.300 million have been spent.

Similarly for ongoing projects of lowering of water in Attabad lake (Hunza), Rs142.500 million has been allocated as up to June 2013 Rs852.500 million has been spent while the total cost of the project is Rs995.000 million.

For new scheme of reforms and innovation in government for high performance, Rs 1,000.000 million has been allocated.

For new development initiatives, Rs115,000.000 million has been allocated in the PSDP 2013-14. (APP)
