Nearly a decade later, the mom-of-four appeared in court to testify against the 'grandpa gang' who robbed her in a hotel in Paris in 2016.
According to The Standard, the reality star was dripping in diamonds in a black outfit.
Her jewelry was elaborate and attracted attention, as one of the items she wore was a diamond ring—similar to what was stolen in the heist.
Zack Stone, a diamond expert at UK jeweler Steven Stone, weighed in on this, saying, “Given the high-profile robbery she endured, it’s understandable that many are speculating whether Kim’s latest jewelry look is the real deal."
He continued, “On her right hand, Kim could be seen sporting a massive ring. While the exact cut is hard to confirm, the diamond appears to be at least 20 carats, set in a solitaire design that further emphasises its remarkable size."
"Given these details, it’s safe to assume the ring carries a hefty price tag — my estimate would be around $3.5 million," he noted.
During her tearful testimony, she said, "I was certain he was going to rape me… I absolutely did think I was going to die.”
