PESHAWAR: Three-day inter-provincial Summer Trade Fair III of the Women Business Development Centre (WBDC) Peshawar in collaboration with Women Business Development Centre, Swat started here in a local hotel on Monday.

The Peshawar based Consul General of the United States, Robert G. Reed, Public Affairs Officer, Tammy Paitchikov inaugurated the exhibition in the presence of a large number of women entrepreneurs.

On this occasion, Director, Smeda, Adeel Rauf, Provincial chief Smeda, Javed Iqbal Khattak and Project Manager WBDC, Nabeela Farman were also present.

They visited each and every stall and expressed interest in the products put display by the women entrepreneurs. The exhibition will remain open from 10:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M.

Speaking to media, Project Manager WBDCP Mrs. Nabeela Farman said that this event is organized to promote the women entrepreneurs through providing them an opportunity to showcase their products.

The event comprises of women exhibitors from Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Hazara, Dera Ismail Khan, Bannu and Peshawar.

The exhibition is having a variety of different products including; stitched and unstitched clothing, jewelry, Bed linens, leather products and much more.
