Sabiha Zahid wins Gold Medal in women cyclist event

Islamabad: Sabiha Zahid of Pakistan Army won the first gold medal in women cyclist event of National Games being held at Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad.

The second position in the women cyclists competition was also obtained by the Pakistan Army's Rajia while the third position went to Anam of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In men's event‚ Imran Khan of Pakistan Army won the gold medal. Naimat Ali of Sindh remained runner up while Habibullah of Balochistan secured the third position.

The National Games began on Friday and will continue till next Thursday. (PPI)
