Tremors felt in northern areas

PESHAWAR: Tremors were felt in the northern areas of the country including Islamabad, Abbottabad, Peshawar and Mardan.

The earthquake measured 5.1 on the Richter scale and its epicenter was the Hindu Kush Mountains.

The first tremors were felt in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at 12:04 PM. No loss of life has been reported
