Simone Ashley broke her silence on the F1 movie after being cut from the final product.
The Bridgerton actress took to her Instagram account on Tuesday, June 24, to share a gushing post on meeting the cast of the Brad Pitt-led movie.
For those unversed, Ashley starred in the new film but her part was cut from the final product.
"It was a joy to reunite with the cast and crew, and to celebrate," she wrote. "I couldn’t have been prouder watching everyone shine on screen and on the carpet, all while wearing my couture balmain gown that made me feel just as radiant. I’ve come away with friendships and memories I’ll treasure forever."
"Go see this movie! — it’s a must see ride and speed like you’ve never seen before!" the actress continued.
The director of the film, Joseph Kosinski, addressed why Asley did not make it to the final cut, "It happens on every film, where you have to shoot more than you can use. There were two or three storylines that ultimately didn’t make into the final cut."
F1 is all set to hit theaters worldwide on June 27.
