Taunsa: Overloaded pickup van plunges into Chashma Right Canal, 8 drowned

TAUNSA: At least eight persons riding an overloaded pickup van were drowned, when the vehicle hitting an overpass strayed into the Chashma Right canal here in Dera Ghazi Khan on Sunday, Geo News reported.

Sources said that rescue efforts were still underway.
