Chairlift falls in Swat River, three drown

ISLAMABAD: At least three persons drowned when a chairlift fell in the Swat River near Asrit area on Monday.

According to reports, the rope of the chairlift was broken. The deceased included a father and his two sons.

Rescue teams and police rushed to the site and started search operation for the bodies.
