Lahore receives heavy rainfall

LAHORE: Heavy rains in the city turned the weather pleasant on Saturday and people enjoyed it.

However, low-lying areas were inundated by rainwater, which created a lot of problems and difficulties for residents.

The rains also filled roads of the city with water where various teams of the WASA were busy to drain rainwater.

The car riders and motorcyclists had also to face problems in the rainwater while travelling on roads. Some people were seen pushing their vehicles in rainwater after getting mechanical faults. (APP)
