Wife, daughter of well-known lawyer gunned down

LAHORE: A wife and daughter of a well-known lawyer Shahid Hassan were shot dead in their residence here on Monday, Geo News reported.

According to details, an unknown gunman barged into the residence of lawyer Shahid Hassan and sprayed bullets on his wife, Tahira, 50, and daughter Tehreem, 18. The killer fled scene after executing the attack.

The sister of Tahira who was also present in the house shifted the attacked members of the family with the help of neighbours to Jinnah Hospital where doctors pronounced them dead.

Upon receiving the report, a heavy contingent of police reached the crime site and later moved the bodies for post-mortem.
