Youth allegedly killed by police firing for not stopping at check post

PESHAWAR: A man was allegedly killed in police firing when he did not stop his vehicle at a security check-post in Matni area on Saturday, police sources said.

The man, whose identity could not be immediately ascertained, came under fire after refusing to stop for body search despite police signal in restive Matni area.

His body of shifted to Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) for legal formalities. (APP)
