Toxic liquor claims eight lives in Karachi

KARACHI: At least eight people have died since Morning after consuming toxic booze in Azam Basti area of the city, Geo News reported Sunday.

According to sources, a dozen of people fell sick after imbibing liquor on Saturday. Two people died this morning while the death toll has now risen to eight.

Several victims are still being treated out of which some are said to be in critical condition.
