ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued the polling scheme for the by-elections.
There will be a total of 7,600 polling stations out of which 1,987 have been declared sensitive while 1,657 most sensitive. All three Karachi constituencies have been declared sensitive according to the polling scheme.
In Punjab, 724 stations have been declared sensitive and 297 most sensitive. 819 polling stations in Sindh have been declared most sensitive and 365 sensitive. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 345 polling stations have been declared most sensitive and 784 sensitive, while in Balochistan 196 stations have been declared most sensitive and 114 sensitive.
By-elections in Pakistan will be held on August 22 in 42 constituencies.
